Stop AIX from Forcing Users to Change Password on Login

AIX's password tools are more broad than most other Unix-like operating systems. This often means that things are a bit complicated when it comes to managing passwords. Below is a command that can be run so that users aren't required to change their password when they login:

pwdadm -c username

Once this command is run, the user can log in with their old password and will not be required to change it.
